How to mass delete budget rollup code from multiple accounts

User needs to mass delete/remove Budget Rollup Code from multiple accounts at once

• Budget Rollups
• Chart Manager
• Account Master

The Global Update in Account Master does not include an option to remove/delete a rollup code from multiple accounts at the same time. 

• There is not an option to remove the rollup code from multiple accounts at once in Account Master.
• The rollup code can be removed from accounts individually in Account Master.
• If appropriate, the rollup code itself can be deleted. Important: This can not be reversed, so make sure it is really what is intended before deleting.

To delete the rollup code:

Financials > General Ledger Menu > Set/Up Chart of Accounts > Chart Manager

1. Click on Rollup Code tab

2. Search for the rollup code that needs to be removed from the accounts

3. Click Delete Rollup Code
