Updating a service request to change the accounting method does not save the new value

Context

Cause

Defect was incorrectly allowing access to the accounting method field in Update mode

Resolution

Delete service request with incorrect accounting method and re-enter it with the correct value

Additional Information

The accounting method field will no longer be accessible in Update mode after installing these tickets:
