Can I create a goals only evaluation in ESS

Need to set goals for a new hire in ESS.

Can I create an evaluation with only goals?

• Employee Evaluations

• Goal Only Evaluation

Employee transitioned to new role or new manager after the prior year evaluation was approved.

Evaluations offers a goals only option.

1. Launch ESS.

2. Log In.

3. Navigate to Employee Self Service > Performance Management > Evaluations > Goals
   

4. Click + Add New button.

5. Choose the Assign To option applicable.

6. Complete the required fields Due Date, Title, and Description.

7. Set a Weight value if desired.

8. Click Save to create and complete the Employee Goal record.
