How do I change my phone number listed on tylertech.com?

How do I change the phone number I see in the portal?

• Profile Management

Phone number has changed and needs to be updated.

1. Navigate to tylertech.com and login.

2. Click Client Support or Get Product Support after login.

3. Select Online Support Incidents from the Get Started Fast menu.

   • You will be automatically logged into the Online Support Incidents portal.

4. In the top-right, select where you see your name to expand the drop-down menu.

5. Select Profile to review your profile page.

6. Update Business Phone or Cell Phone as needed.

   • Please note, the phone number will be automatically formatted to the international phone number format automatically.

   • We recommend typing your phone number starting with the area code.

7. Click Update to save your changes.

Your business phone is the default phone support will use to call unless otherwise directed.
