DIA Condition - Pay Types Invalid Category Code

Description of Issue

DIA condition is showing for Pay Category - Invalid Category Code. How do I correct this? 



Context

  • Payroll

  • Munis Data Integrity Assistant

  • Pay Master



Cause

Category Code F-Fringe Pay exists in Munis Version 11.3 but was removed from higher versions. 



Resolution

  1. Go to Pay Master (Payroll>Payroll Setup>Pay Master)

  2. Search for the pay code. Click Accept. 

  3. Click Update. Update the Category code to 6-Misc/Other Pay (or other applicable Category type). Click Accept.
