ZIP Code Warning in Employee Import

Warning message displays when doing Employee Import. Warning: ZIP code for 'XXXXX' for 'City,ST' does not match imported value of 'City,ST'.

System is functioning as designed. The Warning message will not prevent the user from importing the data, but is alerting the user that the imported value on the import file does not match the value that is found in the ZIP code program. This is often the case when a city/town share a ZIP code. 

Data can still be imported, but it is recommended to review the records identified on the proof report and confirm that that correct city and state is listed in the Address section of the Employee Master program. If necessary, manual adjustments may be made to the employee records or an import file that has the correct values can be done as an Update action using the Employee Import program.
