New Wage File specifications for IMRF reporting

IMRF delayed their original October 10, 2023 Go-Live date.  The new Go-Live date is planned for March 4, 2024.

Member ID is currently optional in the new IMRF file layout.  If you will choose to report Member ID, the Member IDs for each employee must be entered into the EERP/Munis Employee ID Codes program.  The recommendation for the initial add for all employees is to use EERP/Munis export/import functionality.  Step-by-step instructions for this piece are detailed here:  IMRF Initial Add of Member IDs

The new IMRF Reporting program was included in the following releases in November 2022
