State User Groups access on Tyler Community

Description of Issue

I am a member of the Tyler Community, but can't access State User Groups.

Context

Resolution

Click Enterprise ERP State User Groups and select Request Membership when it appears. The Group Administrator will then review and authorize your membership.
When membership is granted to State User Groups, you are subscribed to all state forums by default. In most cases, you will want to Unsubscribe from all but “your” state. To do this, select your avatar in the upper right-hand corner, select Settings and then select Subscriptions and select Unsubscribe as applicable.

State User Group Forums are used to:

Make connections with other clients in your state
Promote discussion on state-specific issues
Share ideas on current projects
Provide user group feedback and develop meeting agenda topics
Communicate Munis state specific reporting information, and to solicit feedback on these items
