Unknown defect that causes the bill to become out of balance. Has only been reported so far in 10.5, which is a retired version of Munis
In a TRAIN or TEST environment, use the Semiannual Transfer program to move the bill to a N Owner Occupancy (Non-homeowner occupied). This will combine the bill installments. Then run the program again to move it to a H Owner Occupancy (Homeowner occupied). This will split the bill back into two installments again. The installment allocation is determined by the parcel's Charges/Credits screen, and individual Charge Code's Installment Method setup. This is not the intended purpose of the Semiannual Transfer program, but has been proven to alleviate these types of out of balance bills created by the Charge/Credits Import. This process also does not create a GL Journal Entry or the need for support to fix with SQL scripts.
Contact Munis Revenue Support if unable to resolve the issue with the Semiannual Transfer program
