Project Budget Package Entry- Error Selecting project's fiscal year

When Selecting a Package in Project Budget Package Entry after clicking accept an error appears:

Project Budget Package Entry

An change has been made to the project or string since the package has been generated and the package hasn't been Mastered. 

1. Go to Project Budget Package Generation (Munis >  Financials > General Ledger Menu > Project Accounting > Project Ledger > Project Budget Processes > Project Budget Package Generation)

2. Search for the Project Budget Package

3. Click Accept

4. In the Ribbon Select the Master Skittle

5. Click Yes to the popup

6. Retry to access the Project Budget Package in Project Budget Package entry.
