Unable to add actual Time and Labor to a UB Work Order in a Printed Exported status



Description of Issue

Clicking the Add Labor button doesn't open the Choose Labors screen when trying to add Time/Labor to a UB Work Order in Field Work

Resolution

Install MUN-435346 once it's been released

Workaround:

  1. Go to Enterprise ERP > Asset Maintenance > Work Orders > Field Work 

  2. Search for the work order 

  3. Once you've found the work order click Add Labor Estimates 

  4.  Choose Employee 

  5. Add Labor and click Save 

  6. Click Copy Time & Labor Estimates 

  7.  Select the record and click Copy 

  8. Confirm Costs and select Got It 

  9. Labor is added to the Actual cost detail
