Description of Issue
A Munis user receives an okta.com refuses to connect error displayed in Command Center.
okta.com is usually preceded by the site name in the error, for example : sitename-okta.com refuses to connect

Domain error in HUB
Resolution
Development has MUN-420166 in QA for this issue. Using Microsoft Edge instead of Chrome is a work around for the time being.
