Description of Issue
Error generating automatic payment records.
Context

CSS
Cause
In CSS the option of Shopping Cart in enabled. Automatic Payment Process cannot be completed with shopping cart functionality in CSS.
Resolution
As a CSS Administrator, log into CSS>Administration>Citizen Administration>Shopping Cart Payment Settings Administration
Uncheck the box use shopping cart for all bill types.
Additional Information
This setting can be left unchecked or can be toggled only when processing Automatic Credit Card Payments.
