Cause




Resolution

  1. Access Employee W-2 and 1099-R (Payroll > W-2 and 1099-R Processing > Employee W-2 and 1099-R)

  2. Click Define > enter the prior year > click Accept

  3. Click W-2

  4. Search for the employee
