Need to View SSN on Payroll Reports

Since upgrading to 2019.1 cannot see SSN on Payroll Reports.

Need to view SSN on Payroll Reports. How do I get permission for that?

• Security

• Roles

There is a setting on the Role, in the Payroll HR Module on the General Tab to view SSN and it needs to be checked off in order to view SSN on Payroll Reports. 

1. Go to System Admin> Security> Roles. Search to find users Role, click Accept

2. Click on HR Management/Payroll folder. 

3. On General Tab, click Update and check the box next to View SSN On Reports, click Accept

User will need to log out and back in or refresh browser for change of permissions to apply.
