Description of Issue

Tyler Hub Card I want to focus on is including Requesting Departments in the dropdown when filtering by Servicing Department

Resolution

Upgrade Hub to any of the following versions once they've been released:

  • 2021.4.8

  • 2021.5.5

  • 2021.6.1

  • 2021.7

Workaround: Add a refined data filter to the filter card with the values field = Servicing Department Id Constraint = greater than (>) and a Filter Value = 0
