Hardware Console Setup Wizard Ended Prematurely

When attempting to install the Tyler Cashiering Hardware Console, the installation fails with the error Hardware Console Setup Wizard Ended Prematurely

Cashiering Hardware Console (Web) Setup Wizard ended prematurely because of an error. Your system has not been modified. To install the program at a later time, run Setup Wizard again. Click Finish button to exit the Setup Wizard

Installer needs to be run in compatibility mode

Option 1

1. Right-click Tyler.Cashiering.HardwareConsole.msi

2. Select Properties

3. Select the Compatibility tab

4. Check off Run this program in compatibility mode

5. Select OK

6. Run the installer as normal

Option 2

1. Right-click Tyler.Cashiering.HardwareConsole.msi

2. Select Troubleshoot Compatibility

3. Select Test the Program

4. Run the installer as normal
