Description of Issue

  • Capital Asset Purchasing Sources do not allow records to be added if an inactive account exists on it

  • Capital Asset Purchasing Sources that have an inactive account cannot be added to an asset in the New Assets or Adjustments and Retirements program

Install MUN-435134 once it's been released

Workaround: Remove the Purchasing Source with the inactive account from the asset
