How to grant menu access to My Saved Reports



Description of Issue

New user doesn't have access to My Saved Reports program.

Cause




Resolution

The following steps need to be performed by a system administrator with permissions to grant menu access. 

  1. Open the User Attributes program. 

  2. Select Search.

  3. Enter the User ID for the user needing menu access. 

  4. Select Accept. 

  5. Click a Role to grant menu permissions for.

  6. Select Edit Role. 

  7. Select the Menu Security tab.

  8. Select Edit.

  9. Check the Role Access checkbox to the left of the Departmental Functions Menu to grant access. 

  10. Select Accept.

  11. Double click Departmental Functions 

  12. Select Edit.

  13. Make sure Role Access is only check marked for the programs you want to grant access to on this menu.

  14. Select Accept.

  15. Select Back. 

  16. Select Back.
