How to Import GB Deposits

How To Import Prepayments.

Is it possible to automatically enter deposits.

Importing multiple General Billing payments without invoices.

• Miscellaneous Cash Receipt Import

Users may find that they want to import a number of receipts to be applied to GB Bills at a later date. 

There is no functionality to import GB deposits. GB Deposits must be entered manually. Misc receipts can be imported, but there is no way to distinguish them as deposits. 

Real Estate Prepayments can be imported using Misc Cash Import, but these are not recorded as GB deposits and cannot be used for General Billing Bills.
