Description of Issue

Error creating batch message displays when posting fees from Assess Treasurer's Fees



Context

  • 2019.1+ 

  • Assess Treasurer's Fees

  • Error creating bills batch

  • Year/Per will be changed to match effective date



Cause

The effective date defined in Assess Treasurer's Fees does not match the default GL Year/Period in General Ledger Settings. 



Resolution

Ensure that the defined Effective Date in Assess Treasurer's Fees falls within the defined  default GL Year/Period in General Ledger Settings.
