Description of Issue

Excel version of YTD budget report is missing encumbrance only accounts when run to include journal detail. 

Excel version of YTD budget report is missing budget only accounts when run to include journal detail. 



Context

YTD Budget Report



Cause

When Include Budget Detail and Print journal detail are selected but accounts only have encumbrance or budget entries, the accounts will not pull into the report if the options  to Include encumb/liq or Include budget entries are not selected. 



Resolution

To get the missing accounts to show:

  1. Select Include encumb/liq entries and/or Include budget entries in the report options

  2. Rerun the report and output to excel the missing accounts will show.
