KY Employee Benefit Error occurs when generating Term Record

What is causing the following error when generating a Term Record in Employee Benefits?

Error inserting into temp term table. - 6372 SQL server - String or binary data would be truncated.

First Name field in Employee Master had more than 15 characters. 

Install work ticket (Master) MUN-429442 when released

Work around:

1. Update the Employee Master to ensure First Name has no more than 15 characters and Last Name has no more than 20 characters.

2. Run the KY Employee Benefits Term Gen process to create Term records. 

3. Update the Employee Master to change the First/Last Name fields back to previous values.
