Resolution

The Change Accounts program changes a utility billing account number to another utility billing account number. It is recommended to first run this process in Test or Train.

Navigate to: Property Revenues > Utility Billing > Special Processing > Critical Processing > Change Accounts.

Click Define.
Complete the Original box with the billing account number to change in utility billing programs.
Complete the New box with the billing account number to which the program transfers the old account information.
Click Accept.
Click Process.
The program displays a count of the files and the file name as they are processed.
