Description of Issue

ESS Timesheet isn't showing available accrual balance



Context

  • Employee Self Service

  • ESS

  • Time Entry

  • Accrual Request



Cause

Projected Available Accrual balances are not enabled



Resolution

In Employee Self Service click Administration > Employee Administration > Accrual Administration then verify that the Projected Available option has the Display button checked.
