Permission needs to be granted for certain access for ReadyForms Template ConfigurationÂ
Resolution
If requesting Administrator access - first, please reach out to Site IT to grant access
Login as Tylerservices and grant 'admin' access. If the Tylerservices account is unavailable reach out to TSM/SaaS
If all users are locked out including the Tylerservices account reach out to TSM/SaaS
