Limit users access by object code for posting budget transfers and amendments

How do I control users from not being able to perform budget transfers and amendments to object line items that are reserved for salary

Permissions

Budget Transfers and Amendments

User had Budget Object Code data access

System Administration > Security > User Attributes 

1. Search for the User Id

2. Select the role that grants Budget permissions or create a new role hit Edit Role

3. Select the Budget folder

4. Update 

5. Grant access to Posting, creating and viewing amendments as needed

6. Change the Budget Object Code data access

   1. Full (if they need full access to update accounts within the projection)

   2. Limited (if they only need access to update certain object codes this provides that access and limits access to other accounts not in the list entered here)

7. Click Accept
