CSS does not allow Customer Number and Paid By Information for Miscellaneous Payments

All payments Entered through the Other Services option in CSS are created in Munis as Category 02 Miscellaneous receipts with no Customer number. As of yet, CSS has never offered the ability to enter a Customer number or Paid by Information when entering a Miscellaneous payment
