Projects start and end month save as 0 and -1

When adding a project record the Start month saves as 0 and the End month saves as -1

The issue occurs when project ledger is not being used

Work ticket MUN-435101 is open with development to address the issue

As a temporary work around, users with project accounting permission to Allow project fiscal range override will need to manually select the start month from the Project fiscal range drop down and the record will save correctly

• To correct the projects fiscal range a user can update the project fiscal range through Project Master

• If a user is not able to access the Project Fiscal Range fields the Project Accounting permission Allow project fiscal range override can be granted through a Role tied to the user impacted
