New hires missing from TX TRS Maintenance

Have had new hires in payroll and not finding matching TX TRS Maintenance records for those employees

• TX TRS Maintenance

TX TRS Maintenance records must be manually created.  A record is not required for all employees.

Create a TX TRS Maintenance record for each TX TRS Retiree, and all TX TRS eligible employees.
