You can add an additional Job Class to an employee in Employee Job Salary.  



Additional Information
  1. Access Employee Job/Salary (Payroll > Employee Maintenance > Employee Job/Salary)

  2. Click Add in the toolbar > TAB down to enter the additional Job Class code > continue to TAB through and enter/update the fields

  3. Click Accept
