Find an Abatement Within an Abatement Entry Batch

An abatement needs to be found in Abatement Entry. 

• Property Tax Billing
• Abatement Entry (txabtent)

A specific abatement needs to be located for updating or bill posting. 

1. The Abatement Entry batch first must be resumed. Please follow the steps here to resume the batch: Resume an Abatement Entry Batch
2. Once the batch has been resumed, click Search. 
3. Enter the Category, Year, and Bill Number the abatement was applied to. 
4. Click Accept. (Note: If no records return and the category, year, and bill number are confirmed to be correct, the specific abatement may be in another batch or not entered at all.) 
5. Alternatively, select Browse to see a list of all abatements in a batch. 
6. Select the abatement from the list to view it. 
7. Or use the Arrows at the bottom of the page to flip through all the abatements in a batch.
