Occurs when detail is needed for Journal Sources from Create GL Journals

Resolution

There are three primary Business License Journal Sources including BLB, BLR and BLM.

BLB: Business License Bill (Generate Accounts Receivables) - If you know the date, we look to Saved Reports/My Saved Reports by date and file name of blgenarm*

Departmental Functions > Saved Reports / My Saved Reports > Search > File name: blgenarm*

BLR: Business License Receipts (Receipts Entry) - if you know the date, we run the Output Register within Receipts Entry for the same Effective Date

Property Revenues > Business Licenses > License Processing and Reports > Receipts Entry > Output Register

BLM: Business License Maintenance (Bill Adjustments) - if you know the date, we run the Output Register within Bill Adjustments for the same Effective Date

Property Revenues > Business Licenses > Collection Processing > Bill Adjustments > Output Register
