Budget rollup code box greyed out in Update Mode in Account Master - User does not have General Maintenance to Budget Rollup Codes

Budget rollup code box is greyed out when in Update mode in Account Master

• User Attributes

User does not have Budget permission 'General maintenance to Budget Rollup codes'.

User will need to be granted the budget permission 'General maintenance to Budget Rollup codes'.

Munis > System Administration > Security > Roles

1. Click Search and enter the role to be updated, hit Accept
2. Click Budget module
3. Click Update and check the 'General maintenance to Budget Rollup codes' box
4. Click Accept and Return

End user should now be able to enter a Budget Rollup code on the account in Account Master.

Next year budget rollup is grayed out in Account Master - Allow use of next year rollup groups was unchecked in GL Settings
