• Unable to add or update a Rollup Code to an account in Account Master
• Rollup code field is greyed out

Calculate Available Budget field tied to the Organization Code in Chart of Account Segments was set to "None".

As a work around, the Calculate Available Budget field needs to be updated on the Organization Code in Chart of Account Segments:

Financials > General Ledger Menu > Setup/Chart of Accounts > Chart of Account Segments

1. Select Organization Code from the GL Segment dropdown
2. Search for the Organization Code tied to the Account with the issue
3. Update the Calculate Available Budget field to Account

Work ticket MUN-448981 applies to Expense accounts only in this context. The Rollup code field will be greyed out for Revenue and Balance Sheet accounts, as those account types cannot be assigned budget rollup codes with current system functionality.
