Description of Issue

Journal Import GNI is going to held status and should be going to approved.

Context

Import Journals
GNI
Workflow

Cause

GL Settings 'Default Journal Status' is set to Approved
GLJ (GL Journal Approvals) are set up
'Release after Import' is not checked during import

Resolution

In the Import Journals Program check off 'Release after Import'. This will release the Imported Journal into Workflow so the Status will display as Pending Approval.
If the Journal should not go into workflow, please review the GL Journal Approval set up and make any updates needed.
