• User is attempting to Copy or Duplicate journal numbers in Journal Number Control
• User does not have General maintenance on accounts checked

General maintenance on accounts was unchecked

To add General maintenance on accounts permission:

System Administration > Security > User Attributes

1. Click Search and enter user information

2. Accept to pull up user

3. Click to highlight role if more than one assigned 

4. Edit role (changes will affect all users tied to role)

5. General Ledger

6. Update

7. Check General maintenance on accounts box

8. Accept

9. Back/Return > Back/Return

Have user reopen program

Unable to Add Cash Pools in Cash Pools Maintenance - General maintenance on accounts was unchecked

Unable to close projects and associated GL accounts- Does not have general maintenance on accounts permission
