Description of Issue

Created a new Accrual Reason Code and it is not appearing in ESS

Context
  • Munis
  • Payroll 
  • Accrual Reason Codes
Cause

Apply to All Pay Types was not checked off

Resolution
  1. Go to Reason Codes (Payroll > Payroll Setup > Reason Codes)
  2. Search for the reason code and click Accept 
  3. Click Update 
  4. In the Applies To field select 3 - Apply to All Pay Types
