How can an Audit be run for an account in Account Master?

Cause
Audit function through Account Master is not active.
Resolution
To run an audit on an account, the Account Audit program must be used.
- Browse to Financials > General Ledger Menu > Setup/Chart of Accounts > Account Audit
- Define the Account Range and the Date Range
- Click Accept (should get a message about number of records selected in the bottom left of the screen)
- Output to Print, Text file, PDF, or Preview,Â
