Description of Issue

I need to do a Mass Step Increase for employees and do not want frozen employees to move up a step.

Context

Resolution

Go to Mass Step Increase. (Human Resources/Payroll>Payroll>End of Period>Mass Salary Changes>Mass Step Increase)
Click Define.
1. Define Effective Date, and other applicable information for set of employees to apply step increase.
Click Accept. Click Output-Post.
1. Proof will note the old step and new step for employees moving up a step.
2. Frozen and Max Step employees will be noted and will not move up a step or get an increase.
  1. Max Step employees will need the Mass Contract Change processed to get the increased rate on a new Salary Table at their Max Step, if applicable.
