Display Clock In/Out Times

Description of Issue

How can we display the actual clock in/out times alongside the duration?

  • ET
  • Pay Code Settings
Cause

Display in/out time for this type was not checked.

Resolution

To show clock in/out times alongside duration:

  1. Select System Admin
  2. Select Master File Profile
  3. Select Pay Codes
  4. Select the pencil next to the pay code
  5. Under Additional Settings, check the box for Display in/out time for this type
  6. Select Save
