Incorrect description used on a journal.

Reference fields, Description, Amounts or Comment fields cannot be modified on posted journals. This is intended functionality for auditing purposes.

Some types of posted journals can be reversed or an equal and opposite journal can be posted. A new journal, with the correct information can then be posted.
