ExecuTime reporting from External URL

Description of Issue

All users are unable to run any ExecuTime reports from the External URL. Is this by design?

Cause


Resolution
  • OnPrem clients will be unable to run ExecuTime reports via the External URL unless on version 2020.3 using SSRS reporting features. 
  • This can be configured, if the site would like to make this change, reach out to the ExecuTime TSM Support Team.
