BGT business rule was triggered

Financials > General Ledger Menu > GL Workflow Administration > Workflow Approval History

1. Search

2. Enter [*journal number*] in the Key field

3. Accept

4. Browse if more than one record

5. Observe BGT approval record(s)

If no approval record(s) show and the journal went through workflow, contact General Ledger Support.

No BGT rules exist:

If amendment type is 1 or 4 check user Budget amendment transfer permissions. If FULL workflow is bypassed, if NONE the BGA will trigger

If amendment type is anything other than 1 or 4 BGA rules will trigger regardless of permissions

BGT rules exist

If amendment type is 1 or 4 check user Budget amendment transfer permissions. If FULL BGT rules will trigger, if NONE the BGA will trigger

If amendment type is anything other than 1 or 4 BGA rules will trigger regardless of permissions

If users Budget amendment transfer permissions are set to LIMITED all journal lines would have to apply the restrictions
