Record Set

Cause

Journal Inquiry will output the entire record set of selected journals.

Resolution

Browse Munis > Financials > General Ledger Menu > Journal Entry/History > Journal Inquiry/Print
Select Search or Journal Inquiry Print Advanced Find
Enter Record Selection Variables
Accept
Review the number of journals returned at bottom of the screen.
- Single record returned, and if correct move to next step.
- Multiple record returned. Select Browse to review all records at once
- Multiple record returned. Use Browse Arrows at the bottom of the screen to confirm what was selected one at a time
Select needed Output (Excel, PDF, Display/Preview, Save Text or Print)
Output will include entire record set, adjust record set if needed before output.
