Sales Tax not calculating properly on Contract

When a Contract is flagged to include Sales Tax, it is not calculating the Sales Tax rate correctly.

Update Contract's Revised amount to include the Sales Tax amount

Sales Tax does not calculate based off the Contract's Revised amount, but instead is already included in the Contract's Revised amount
