Description of Issue
- Need to restore information that was deleted/updated through the DIA
- Undo DIA changes
- Reverse changes made by the DIA

Cause
Information was deleted/updated by mistake
Resolution
- Refresh TRAIN so that the restore process can be tested there first
- Contact Support with as much of the following information as you have to schedule a connection to test the restore process:
- Username of the user who ran the DIA
- Date and time that the process that needs to be reversed was run
- How many records were affected
