Description of Issue
  • Need to restore information that was deleted/updated through the DIA
  • Undo DIA changes
  • Reverse changes made by the DIA

Cause

Information was deleted/updated by mistake

Resolution
  1. Refresh TRAIN so that the restore process can be tested there first
  2. Contact Support with as much of the following information as you have to schedule a connection to test the restore process:
    • Username of the user who ran the DIA 
    • Date and time that the process that needs to be reversed was run
    • How many records were affected
