This process may error due to existing pending bill activity with any charges that are attempting to be updated by the Update Bill Accounts feature. Munis will not make any account adjustments if there is pending activity to do with the charges involved. 

Confirm all pending Bill Batches, Bill Adjustments and any other Bill Activity related to the Charge Codes looking to be updated are all posted before updating Bill Accounts. If the site has confirmed that all pending activities are posted or processed and Munis is still producing an error, please reach out to Munis Support.
