Description of Issue
To post other user's Purchase Orders from Purchase Order Entry, the posting user needs the Proof / Post own open POs permission , even though the Purchase Orders are not the posting user's own POs. If that user attempt to post, they will receive the error: Permissions do not allow you to post POs. Post action canceled.

This is a Munis defect.
Resolution
- Give the posting user Proof / Post own open POs permission
- Download MUN-402658 from the MIU when available
