Employee Pending Accruals showing X-In Process after being approved



Description of Issue

I have an employee in Pending accruals showing X-In progress but in the approvers it shows approved.

  • Munis
  • Employee Accruals
  • Employee Accrual Requests
  • WorkFlow Status
Cause

Resolution
  1. Go into Employee Accrual Requests. (Payroll>Accrual Processing>Employee Accruals. Click Pending in the menu.)
  2. Search for the employee. Navigate to the correct dated records. Click Release in the menu. 
    1. This will re-release the record.
    2. The approver will need to re-approve the request.
