Employee Pending Accruals showing X-In Process after being approved
Description of Issue
I have an employee in Pending accruals showing X-In progress but in the approvers it shows approved.

- Employee Accruals
- Employee Accrual Requests
- WorkFlow Status
Cause
Resolution
- Go into Employee Accrual Requests. (Payroll>Accrual Processing>Employee Accruals. Click Pending in the menu.)
- Search for the employee. Navigate to the correct dated records. Click Release in the menu.Â
- This will re-release the record.
- The approver will need to re-approve the request.Â
